Faith and Mike met at church. Mike sat in Faith’s row at church as he waited for his mom to arrive and caught Faith’s attention right away. Faith turned to her mom and asked, “Who is the hottie?” Her mom introduced them, and Faith knew that this was a relationship she wanted to pursue!

Then, Faith was at yoga with Mike’s mom, when she expressed her desire to learn golf. Mike’s mom gave Faith his number, and Faith and Mike set up a time for their first lesson. Faith and Mike went on three golf dates before Mike asked Faith to go on a date (which believe it or not, was a round of golf and dinner).

Faith and Mike clicked instantly. Over the next year, they went on numerous dates, attended multiple weddings, and began to share their love for outdoor adventures. They started sharing hobbies, such as; pickleball, hiking, tennis, rock climbing, and of course, golfing.

Fast forward to November 2025, Faith and Mike were on their first AMP trip together in Zion National Park. Faith first fell in love with Zion at ten-years-old when her and her dad visited together. She wrote in her dream journal that one of her biggest dreams was to get married in Zion when she was older. Little did Faith know, Mike was planning to make her dream come true on their first hike of the trip. They reached the top of Angel’s Landing, when Mike got down on one knee and popped the question.

Now, they are ecstatic to get married and share their favorite place with their favorite people this September!
